高应力软弱夹层顶板大断面巷道三维一体化控制技术研究

         

摘要

In order to control the stability of large section roadway with high stress weak intercalated layer embedded in roof,taking the 2302 return airway in Licun Coal Mine as the engineering background,the deformation law in the return airway under different support parameters was studied by analyzing previous support problems with FLAC3D software.Meanwhile,support parameters in 2302 return airway were optimized,the technical scheme was proposed combining three-dimensional support structure with rib-roof-floor integrated control,and the controlling plan of roadway surrounding rock in high-stress weak intercalated layer was presented.According to the field application,during mining,the maximum roof subsidence,maximum two-sided displacement and maximum floor heave in 2302 return air way were 21.6cm,35.6cm and 15.7cm respectively.The roadway stability was controlled using the proposed scheme.%为了解决高应力软弱夹层顶板大断面巷道稳定性控制问题,以李村煤矿2302回风巷为工程背景,分析了2302回风巷原支护存在的问题,采用FLAC3D软件,研究了不同支护参数下2302回风巷围岩变形规律,优化了2302回风巷支护参数,提出了三维支护结构+帮顶底一体化控制技术,给出了高应力软弱夹层顶板巷道围岩控制方案.现场应用结果表明:在工作面回采期间,2302回风巷顶板下沉量最大为21.6cm,两帮移近量最大为35.6cm,底鼓量最大为15.7cm,该控制方案较好地解决了高应力软弱夹层顶板巷道稳定性问题.
