石油焦与空气-水蒸气复合气化模拟分析

             

摘要

基于Aspen Plus软件建立石油焦流化床空气-水蒸气复合气化模型,该模型的数值模拟结果与实验值能够吻合.利用Aspen Plus灵敏度分析模块考查了气化温度、压强、空气当量比(equivalence ratio)、水蒸气与石油焦质量比(msteam:mpc,下标pc为petroleum coke)对燃气体积分数、燃气热值和气体产率的影响.结果表明:当选取恰当的空气当量比和msteam:mpc值时,温度对燃气体积分数影响不大;较大的压强有利于甲烷的产生,使燃气热值提高;随着空气当量比的增加,氧化反应强度增强,燃气热值减少;较高的msteam:mpc有利于氢气的产生,但水蒸气通入量过高使燃气热值下降;燃气热值与气体产率变化趋势相反.%Based on Aspen Plus software,an air-steam composite gasification model of petroleum coke was established.The numerical simulation results of the model coincide with the experimental values.The effects of gasification temperature,pressure,equivalence ratio and msteam:mpc(subscript pc means petroleum coke)on gas volume fraction,gas calorific value and gas yield were investigated by using Aspen Plus sensitivity analysis module.The results show that when the equivalence ratio and msteam:mpcare selected the appropriate value,temperature has little influence on the gas volume fraction.The higher pressure contributes to more methane production and the gas calorific value.With the increase of equivalence ratio,the gas calorific value is reduced owing to enhancing of oxidation reaction intensity.The higher msteam:mpc contributes to more hydrogen production,but lower calorific value.The changing trend of the calorific value is opposite to that of gas yield.
