从炼焦生产过程分析焦炭平均粒度的变化趋势

     

摘要

Study was made on the trend of the change in the average coke particle size from different models of coke ovens and through different quenching methods to meet the coke quality requirement of large-scale blast furnace. The result showed that the coke screens and the level control of the coke bins were the key factors that impacted the average particle size of the coke, which was then improved by modifying the vibration screen and the radar level meter of the coke bin.%为满足高炉大型化对焦炭质量的要求,对不同炉型、不同熄焦方式生产的焦炭在生产过程中平均粒度的变化情况进行了研究,结果显示,焦炭筛分效率和焦仓料位控制是影响焦炭平均粒度的主要因素.通过改造振动筛和投运焦仓雷达料位计,使焦炭平均粒度有所改善.
