2000 t/d投煤量Shell气化炉的积灰成因机理模拟与分析

     

摘要

针对国内日投煤2000 t Shell气化炉运行中出现的合成气冷却器(SGC)积灰问题,对气化炉积灰机理进行了模拟分析,揭示其核心问题在于冷热气体的混合不均匀,据此提出了气化炉内部结构的相应改造措施,涉及激冷段及SGC入口段的激冷结构改造,以解决积灰问题,提高气化炉的产气量及延长运行周期.%In this paper,the fouling mechanism of the gasifier was stimulated regarding the fouling problem occurred in the syngas cooler (SGC) of 2000 t/d Shell gasifier in China. It was revealed that its core problem lay in the uneven mixing of hot and cold gas. Accordingly,the transformation measures of the internal structure of the gasifier were put forward,involving the cooling structure of the chilling section and SGC inlet section to solve the problem of fouling,improve the gas production capacity and extend the operating cycle.
