Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Anshen decocton on insomnia of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods One hundred and twenty nine patients with insomnia of perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into treatment group (76 cases) which was given Bushen Anshen decocton treatment and control group (53 cases) which was given diazepam tablet, the curative effect were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, in the treatment group, 56 cases recovered, 9 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.7%;in control group 19 cases recovered, 10 cases were markedly effective, 18 cases were effective, 6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.7%, there was no statistically difference of the total effective rate in both groups ( χ 2=0.8671, P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Bushen Anshen decocton on insomnia of perimenopausal syndrome is effective, which can be used reference.%目的：探讨补肾安神汤治疗围绝经期综合征-失眠的疗效。方法将129例围绝经期综合征-失眠的患者随机分为治疗组（76例）和对照组（53例），治疗组患者采用补肾安神汤加减辨证治疗；对照组患者采用安定片治疗，治疗两个疗程后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗后，治疗组患者痊愈56例，显效9例，有效7例，无效4例，总有效率为94.7%；对照组患者痊愈19例，显效10例，有效18例，无效6例，总有效率为88.7%，两组患者总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.8671， P>0.05）。结论补肾安神汤治疗围绝经期综合征-失眠具有一定的临床疗效，可参考使用。
