目的：分析初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中优质护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月至2015年8月收治的150例行剖宫产术初产妇为研究对象，按照入院先后顺序将所有产妇分为观察组与对照组，每组75例。对照组初产妇给予常规护理，观察组初产妇给予优质护理。对比观察组与对照组剖宫产术后开始泌乳时间、泌乳量充足时间及母乳喂养率。结果观察组初产妇剖宫产术后开始泌乳时间、泌乳量充足时间以及母乳喂养率均显著优于对照组，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论初产妇剖宫产术后母乳喂养中优质护理的应用效果显著，值得在临床护理中推广应用。%Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing care on primiparas breastfeeding after cesarean section. Methods A retrospective analysis of 150 cases of primiparous women received cesarean section in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 were studied in this research, all the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, 75 in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group received high quality nursing care. The beginning time to lactation, lactation adequate time and the rate of breast feeding were compared between the two groups. Results The beginning time of lactation, lactation adequate time and the rate of breast feeding rate were significantly better in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing care is very significant, and it is worth of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
