目的：探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）患者实施康复护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的78例COPD患者为研究对象，根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和研究组，其中对照组39例患者给予常规的临床护理，研究组39例患者在对照组基础上实施康复护理干预，观察两组患者临床治疗效果、干预前后生存质量评分以及护理满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.87%，对照组治疗总有效率为79.49%，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；两组患者干预后生存质量较治疗前均有所改善，但研究组改善程度显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度为94.87%，明显高于对照组的84.62%，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论对COPD患者实施康复护理干预能有效提高临床治疗效果，改善患者的生存质量，具有重要的应用价值，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods. The control group (39 cases) was treated with routine clinical nursing and the study group (39 cases) was treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention. The effect of clinical treatment, quality of life score before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The total efficiency of the study group and the control group were 94.87%and 79.49%respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the two groups improved after treatment, but the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the patients of the study group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than 84.62%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and the quality of life for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which has important application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
