Objective To improve clinical analytical and problem-solving ability for nursing students. Methods 230 nursing students enrolled between 2005 to 2008 received yearly-updated clinic oriented training and education programs. In the end, test scores were compared according to the grade of the students to evaluate the results of improvment programs. Results Students in recent grades achieved significantly higher scores, with grade 2008 achieving higher scores than 2007, 2007 higher than 2006, and grade 2006 higher than 2005 (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinic oriented teaching programs (by the order of introduction, analysis, and problem solving) can significantly improve the career abilities of the nursing students.%目的 探讨提高护理专业学生临床思维能力、解决问题能力的途径.方法 对我院四届(2005~2008级)230名专科护生在护理学基础教学期间的技能考核分三个阶段进行,考核时学生依据随机抽取到的教学案例实施操作,教学案例所设置问题的难度系数随着考核次数的增加逐渐加大.对每届学生技能考核成绩进行比较并行开放式问卷调查.结果 本研究显示技能考核成绩从高到低排序依次为2008级、2007级、2006级、2005级,每年级分别与上一年级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且97%的学生认可并赞同该考核方式.结论 三段式案例考核法对提高学生临床思维能力、解决问题能力、沟通交流能力有良好的促进作用.
