Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 3.0T MR T2 mapping imaging technique in evaluation of early cartilage lesion of knee joint. Methods Eighty patients with early knee cartilage lesions were selected as the study group, and 80 healthy people were selected as the control group. Both groups received 3.0T MR imager to determine the T2 value of knee joint cartilage, and the T2 values were compared between two groups. Results The T2 value of knee joint cartilage of the study group was (48.37 ± 4.63) ms, significantly higher than (36.28 ± 3.58) ms of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions 3.0T MR T2 mapping imaging technique can effectively response T2 changes of early knee cartilage lesions, which has important value in clinic.%目的:研究3.0T MR T2 mapping成像技术对膝关节早期软骨病损评价的临床应用价值。方法选取我院80例膝关节早期软骨病损的患者作为研究组,80例健康正常者作为对照组。两组均采取3.0 T MR成像仪进行对膝关节软骨的T2值进行测量,观察比较两组的T2值。结果研究组患者膝关节软骨的T2值为(48.37±4.63) ms,显著高于对照组的(36.28±3.58) ms (P<0.05)。结论3.0T MR T2 mapping成像技术可有效反映膝关节早期软骨病损的T2值变化,具有重要的临床应用价值。
