急性肾功能衰竭74例临床分析

摘要

目的 分析急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者的病因、死因及病死率，探讨影响预后的因素。方法采用回顾性分析法。结果74例中死亡34例(46%)。60岁以下41例，死亡15(36.6%)；60岁以上33例，死亡19例(57.6%)。外科、妇产科原因导致ARF19例，死亡6例(31.6%)；内科原因导致ARF的有55例，死亡28例(50.9%)。血肌酐达400μmol/L以上者有46例，死亡17例(36.9%)。血肌酐400μmol/L以下者有28例，死亡17例(60.7%)。结论ARF发病原因多样化，其预后与年龄、原发病以及其他重要脏器功能有关，肾功能损伤的程度并不是判断预后的指标。%Objective To study the disease and death causes of acute renalfailure(ARF) and its affecting factors on prognosis.Methods The disease and death causes were analysed by retrospective case study.Results Out of 74 cases 34 died (46%).In 41 cases under 60 of age, 15 died (36.6%) and in 33 cases above 60 of age, 19 died (57.6%).19 cases of ARF were caused by surgical and gynecotokological factors with 6 cases (31.6%) ending in death;55 cases were caused by internal factors with 28 cases (50.9%) ending in death;46 cases had blood creainine above 400 μmol/L with mortality of 17 cases (36.9%) and 28 cases had blood creainine below 400 μmol/L with mortality of 17 cases (60.7%).Conclusion There are various causes for ARF. Its prognosis is closely related with the patients' age,their primary diseases as well as the functions of other organs,while the lesion degree of renal function is not the index on which to base the prognosis.
