Nowadays, there are more and more glass edifices and huge ceramic tile buildings in every city, however,it is hard to implement the automatic cleaning.In order to solve that, researches and makes a kind of small, light, efficient, and intelligent outer walls cleaning robot, which bases on PLC control.This article will introduce this robot's special mechanism configuration design and the whole control working flow, analyzes some experiment phenomenon and shows the experiment outcome data.%针对建筑外墙的清洗难以实现机械化、自动化的现状,研究开发一款基于PLC控制的小型、高效、智能的外墙清洗机器人.介绍了该机器人独特的机械结构设计和整个控制工作流程,并分析实验中所遇到的一些现象和列出实验结果数据.
