机非分离是提高现有道路通行能力的有效方法。由于北京市城区内人口稠密、道路用地有限,很难进一步在现有道路上实施机非分离。提出利用胡同街巷开辟自行车专用道,以实现机非分离、增加城区道路网交通容量的想法。并结合北京市的实际状况,提出了一个建立自行车专用道的初步方案和评价该方案的混合交通流模型。最后,运用模拟的方法对自行车专用道方案的实施效果进行了初步分析。%The separation of motor vehicles and bicycles is an effective wayto improve the street capacity. In Beijing downtown, however, it is difficult to apply the separation in currently conditions because of the high population density and the limited area used for transportation. This paper provides an idea to open a bike-path in allays in order to get it mitigated.
