社区建设对城市规划的启示 ——关于住宅区规划建设的几个问题

比较了民政部门和规划部门对社区和社区建设的共识与差异，对生活居住区的结构、社区的组织结构和社区的管理层次进行了综合分析，力求把社区概念引入住宅区规划，建立以促进良好社区的形成为最终目标的住宅区规划的理论框架；引入“基本社区”的概念，对社区组织和建设规模进行讨论，提出以小区规模为基本社区单位进行社区组织管理和社区设施配套的建议，并对公共设施和住宅区的后继维护更新等问题提出建议。%This paper analyses the living, organizational and administrative structure of the communities in levels, hopefully to put the concept of the community to the proc ess of the housing planning. It also discusses the construction scale of the communities an d gives suggestions for its management and facility provision as well as the issues of m aintenance afterwards.
