历史街区地下空间资源质量评估——以扬州老城区为例

摘要

对地下空间资源质量进行评估是自然条件和建设适宜性评价的延伸和发展.文章通过对影响地下空间资源质量因素分析,采用层次分析法和专家问卷调查法,建立了地下空间质量评估体系,利用线性加权函数法数学模型,明确了地下空间资源质量分类评估指标的划分,并以扬州老城区历史街区为实例进行了应用示范.%The evaluation on the quality of underground space resource is the extension and development of the evaluation on natural condition and construction suitability. Based on the analysis on the factors affecting the underground space resources quality, analytic hierarchy process and expert questionnaire survey are adopted to set the evaluation system of underground space quality. Mathematical models of linear weighted functions are used to classify the indicator division of the evaluation, and the Historic District of Yangzhou Old City is taken as an example to demonstrate this method.
