摘要

Making full use of favorable location close to Hong Kong, Shenzhen borrowed management experience from Hong Kong and also made its own exploration and innovation in the institutional reform of statutory planning. After nearly 20 years' development, the institutional structure has gradually established, including open decision-making process, joint implementation and dynamic maintenance. All of these have laid a solid foundation for the urban planning administration in accordance with the law.%深圳利用毗邻香港的优势,借鉴其管理经验,在法定规划体制的改革道路上持续不断地探索和创新,经过近20年的努力,逐步形成公开决策、联合执行和动态维护三大环节互利互动的体制格局,为城市规划领域的依法行政奠定了坚实的基础.
