近端锁定钢板治疗伴骨质疏松或骨量减少的老年股骨粗隆间骨折37例疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effects of locking compression plate(LCP) for the treatment of elderly femoral intertro-chanteric fractures complicated by osteoporosis or osteopenia. Methods The clinical data in 37 elderly cases of femoral intertro-chanteric fractures in our hospital from March 2007 to May 2009 were performed the retrospective analysis. Results The effects were excellent in 21 cases(56. 8%) ,better in 9 cases(24. 3%) and fair in 6 cases, 1 case died. The excellent rate was 81. 1%. The healing time of fracture was 9 -16 weeks. Conclusion LCP is safe and effective to treat elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture complicated by osteoporosis or osteopenia.%目的 探讨股骨近端锁定钢板在治疗伴有骨质疏松或骨量减少老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的有效性.方法 回顾性分析2007年3月至2009年5月该院采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折伴有骨质疏松或骨量减少的老年患者37例的临床资料.结果 骨折疗效评价,优21例(56.8%),良9例(24.3%),可6例,死亡1例,优良率为81.1%.骨折愈合时间9～16周.结论 锁定钢板治疗伴有骨质疏松或骨量减少的老年股骨粗隆间骨折安全有效.
