不同年龄大肠癌患者的临床特点和病理特征对比研究

摘要

目的：探讨不同年龄大肠癌的临床特点和病理特征。方法收集2000年1月至2010年6月该院收治的大肠癌患者144例，将其分为青年组（≤35岁，32例）和老年组（≥60岁，112例），比较两组患者临床特点及病理特征方面的差异。结果青年组在血便、腹痛、腹部不适、黏液腺癌、Dukes分期、误诊率与老年组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论青年大肠癌确诊晚，误诊多，恶性程度高，预后差。%Objective To explore the clinic characteristics and pathological features of patients with colorectal cancer at different age .Methods A total of 144 cases diagnosed as colorectal cancer from Jan .2000 to Jun .2010 in this hospital were divided into two groups ,youth group (≤35 years old ,32 cases) and elderly group (≥60 years old ,112 cases) .The clinic characteristics and patho-logical features were analyzed retrospectively .Results Compared to elderly group ,the difference of bloody stools ,abdominal pain , abdominal discomfort ,mucinous adenocarcinoma ,Dukes staging and misdiagnosis rate in youth group was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Diagnostic accuracy of colorectal carcinoma in young patients is late ,misdiagnosis is high ,and colorectal carcinoma is more malignant ,and the prognosis is worse .
