建筑业产业结构现状分析及可持续发展对策优化--以重庆市北碚区的建筑业发展情况为例

摘要

The construction industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy, with features of typical headquarters economy, highly concen-trated industry, inclination to form feature and scale effect, and ability to stimulate and promote the development of related industries, to provide jobs and maintain social stability. The development status of construction industry in Beibei, Chongqing is exampled to do qualitative and quantitative analysis from the aspects of construction industry output value and added value, relative industry concentration, enterprise structure types and core staff size and so on, andsome optimization measures for the sustainable development of construction industry are also discussed.%建筑业已经成为国民经济的支柱产业，具有典型的总部经济、行业高度集中、容易形成规模效应等特征，能够带动和促进相关产业发展、提供就业岗位并维护社会稳定。该文以重庆市北碚区建筑业发展情况为例，从建筑业产值及增加值、相对行业集中度、企业类型结构和核心员工规模等方面对建筑业产业结构进行定性与定量分析，并探讨了建筑业可持续发展对策的优化措施。
