Many excellent architectures with special Chinese style are creat-ed through innovation. Based on a practical case, the author analyzes the innovation methods in roof treatment from its composing elements like roof sur-face, roof boundary and the combination relationship of roof and other elements. It can offer some references for future development trend of Chinese roof treatment.
