Science innovation and technical progress since foundation of Salt Chemical Industry Plant of Jianghan Petroleum Management Bureau are described,and advantage in technology is summarized.The favourable conditions for Jianghan Oil Field to develope salt chemical industry through technical innovation are analyzed.%介绍了江汉石油管理局盐化工总厂建厂以来科技创新、技术进步情况，概述了其技术优势特点，分析了在江汉油田依靠科技创新发展盐化工业的有利条件。
