螺杆制冷机组氟利昂泄漏原因及对策

摘要

针对膜法除硝工艺中螺杆制冷机组出现的氟利昂及润滑油频繁泄漏问题,提出了应对措施,并改进了工艺,实现了机组的安全、高效、环保运行.%In order to solve the problem of frequent leakage of freon and lubricating oil in a screw refrigeration unit which was used in membrane process for sulfate removal, the countermeasures were putted forward and the process was improved.Thus the purpose of safe, efficient and environmentally friendly operation of the unit was achieved.
