INTERACTION BETWEEN FIBRINOKINASE e-TPA AND HUMAN FIBRIN CONTAINING PROFIBRINOLYSIN

Fibrinokinases, such as urokinase and streptokinase, interact with fibrin have been stated by Walter et al. The present study has probed into the interaction between e-TPA and human fibrin containing profibrinolysin at a molecular level, providing a basis for further research on the mechanism of e-TPA curing blood vessel embolism diseases.
