GEOTECTONIC EVOLUTION OF PAN-XI REGION

摘要

The Pan-Xi region, Panzhihua (Dukou)-Xichang region of SW Sichuan Province, lies on the southwestern margin of Yangzi Microcontinent tectonically. Its geotectonic evolution can be divided into three stages: the Middle and Late Proterozoic orogeny, Hercynian-Indosinian rifting and post Triassic compression and fault depression.
