Objective To examine the application of multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) for optimizing the extraction technology of Acanthopanax senticosus (A.senticosus),thus allowing for subsequent assessment.Methods By using SGALAB beta5008,a plug-in toolbox of Matlab2009a software,the optimization of genetic algorithm has entailed statistical analysis by using SPSS13.0 software.Results Following application of MGOA for extraction of A.senticosus,the yield of extraction was 0.104% and 0.086% for syringin and eleutheroside E in the root and rootstock portions.Extraction with 10 aliquots of 76% ethanol for three consecutive 2.3 hour treatment cycles was proved to be the optimal condition.Conclusion For multiple targets to be optimized simultaneously,MOGA provides a more reasonable approach for optimizing the condition of extracting the contents of A.senticosus compared with Pareto non-inferior solution and could be popularized for optimization of extraction of miscellaneous medications.%目的 研究多目标遗传算法(MOGA)在刺五加根提取工艺条件中的应用,并对其效果进行评价.方法 利用Matlab2009a外挂SGALAB工具箱beta5008完成遗传算法的寻优;利用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析.结果 经过MOGA优化后,刺五加根及根茎中紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E的提取率的平均水平能达到0.104%、0.086%,提取工艺的最优提取条件为10倍的76%的乙醇、提取时间2.3 h、提取次数3次.结论 在保证多个目标都最优的前提下,MOGA搜索的Pareto非劣解比较理想,为刺五加根提取最优条件选择提供了合理的方法,可推广到其他药物的最优条件选择.
