Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Cisplatin combined with Docetaxel versus Cy-clophosphamide on advanced cervical cancer. Methods Eighty patients with locally advanced cervical cancer hospi-talized in our hospital were included as the subjects in the study, and were divided into groups A and B randomly ( n=40 each). Group A received Docetaxel 75 mg/m2 and Cisplatin 50 mg/m2, while group B received Paclitaxel 60 mg/m2 and Cisplatin 50 mg/m2, with 1 to 2 courses of chemotherapies and an interval of 21 d. The clinical effects and ad-verse reactions of the two chemotherapies were determined and compared between the two groups of patients. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the effect between groups A and B after received different medica-tion (P>0.05). The number of patients with adverse reactions in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, with statistically significant difference (P0.05).B组患者出现不良反应的例数明显高于A组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 多西它赛75 mg/m2联合顺铂50 mg/m2对晚期宫颈癌临床作用显著,且不良反应较少,安全性高.
