发展中国家5岁以下儿童健康公平性分析

摘要

In order to get across the distribution of low-weifht children under 5 and analyze health equity in the world, the of low-weightof under 5 in the developing countries was analyzed. The result shown that the average low-weight rate is 32% in the 84 developing countries.There are 47 countries in which under-weight rate exceed 20%, PAR= 65 %, ID = 37.5 milion. That means: The distribution of under-weightchildren is still popular in the world and health seriously exists among economic groups.%为了解世界范围内儿童低体重的分布及健康公平的现状，利用联合国儿童基金会公布的《1997年世界儿童状况》的相关数据，对发展中国家的5岁以下儿童健康公平现状进行了分析。结果显示：84个国家5岁以下儿童低体重率平均为32％。其中有47个国家儿童低体重率高于20％，南亚地区则高达52％，地区间儿童健康公平指数PAR=65％、ID=37.5百万。提示：发展中国家儿童低体重分布仍然很普遍，地区间在儿童健康方面存在着严重不公平现象。
