An Extremely High Coercivity in Cu Doped Bi,Ga: DyIG Films for Magneto-optical Recording

         

摘要

Bi,Ga:DyIG and Cu doped Bi,Ga:DyIG films on glass substrates have been prepared by the pyrolysis method,and their coercive force(H_(c))and compensation temperature were measured.An extremely high H_(c) value of 13kOe at room temperature was obtained in Cu doped Bi,Ga:DyIG films.
