母婴健康管理护理站随访对母婴家庭护理效果的影响

摘要

目的:观察母婴健康管理护理站随访对母婴家庭护理效果的影响.方法:选择 2017 年 10 月至 2018年 2 月在我院分娩的初产妇及新生儿 80 对作为对照组,另选取 2018 年 3-8 月在我院分娩的初产妇及新生儿 80 对作为实验组 ;两组产妇住院期间均接受常规护理,出院前接受常规出院指导,对照组行出院后社区卫生服务中心随访,实验组行社区卫生服务中心母婴健康管理护理站随访 ;比较两组产后会阴或腹部切口愈合不良发生率、急性乳腺炎发生率、产后 6 个月纯母乳喂养率,并统计两组新生儿黄疸、脐带脱落延迟、尿布性皮炎发生率.结果 :实验组产后急性乳腺炎、会阴切口愈合不良发生率低于对照组( P<0.05);实验组产后 6 个月内纯母乳喂养率高于对照组( P<0.05);实验组新生儿黄疸、脐带脱落延迟、尿布性皮炎发生率低于对照组( P<0.05).结论 :通过母婴健康管理护理站进行随访可有效改善母婴家庭护理效果,减少产褥期母婴并发症发生,促进纯母乳喂养.%Objective: To explore the effect of maternal and infant health management nursing stations on the home care for mothers and infants. Methods: Totally 80 primiparae delivered in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the control group, and 80 primiparae delivered in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected as the observation group. Both groups received routine nursing care during hospitalization and routine discharge guidance before discharge. At follow-up, the control group was managed by the community health service center after discharge, while the observation group was managed by a maternal and infant health management nursing station in the community health service center. The incidences of poor healing of postpartum perineal or abdominal incisions, acute mastitis, and exclusive breastfeeding rate at 6 months of postpartum were compared. The incidences of neonatal jaundice, delayed umbilical cord shedding and diaper dermatitis were also compared. Results: The incidences of postoperative acute mastitis and poor perineal incision healing were lower in the observation group than that of the control group; the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that of the control group within 6 months of postpartum; the incidences of neonatal jaundice, umbilical cord shedding and diaper dermatitis were lower in the observation group than that of the control group, and all the differences were statistically signifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of maternal and infant nursing station for home care can improve maternal and infant home care effects, reduce maternal postpartum complications and promote exclusive breastfeeding, which is worthy of promotion.
