不同年级护理本科生职业生涯规划状况与职业指导课程构建

         

摘要

目的:了解不同年级护理本科生职业生涯规划状况及其影响因素,提出应对措施,构建职业生涯规划指导课程.方法:抽取五年制护理本科一年级学生(入学组)273名和五年级学生(实习组)216名,对其一般状况、职业生涯规划状况、职业生涯规划指导需求和对职业生涯规划课程构建的态度进行调查.结果:调查对象的职业生涯规划状况不理想,两组平均得分分别为76.03±10.48和79.84±10.68,差异具有统计学意义;两组对职业生涯规划课程的重要性和开课时间的态度比较,差异具有统计学意义.结论:应重视护生的职业生涯规划教育,并构建合理的职业生涯规划课程体系.%Objective: To explore the career planning status and related factors in undergraduate nursing students of different classes, then come out strategies to build career planning guidance curriculum for them. Methods: We simply sampled 273 students from grade 1 and 216 from grade 5. Their general condition, career planning status, occupation direction needs and attitudes were investigated. Results: Their career planning status was not ideal; the average scores of both groups were 76.03 ± 10.48 and 79.84 ± 10.68, respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Their attitudes on career planning were also different (P<0.01). Conclusion: We should pay more attention on student's career planning education, and build a reasonable career planning course.
