中医药治疗阿尔茨海默病APP/PS1双转基因小鼠的研究进展

中医药在治疗阿尔茨海默病方面具有多靶点、多方式、多途径的优势.目前,APP/PSI双转基因小鼠是一种比较理想的能反映AD特征的AD动物模型,且该模型已成功应用于中医药防治AD的领域.本文结合该领域的最新研究进展,对近年来中药复方及有效成分治疗阿尔茨海默病APP/PSI双转基因小鼠进行综述.%Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of multi-target, multi-modal and multi-path in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. At present, APP/PSI double transgenic mouse is an ideal animal model of AD that can reflect the characteristics of AD, and the model has been successfully applied in the field of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of AD.
