Relationship between event-related potential P300 and first episode schizophrenia

＜正＞ Although P300 abnormalities of event-relatedpotentials （ERPs） are consistently reported amongschizophrenic patients as being the most compellingindices of their brain dysfunction, whether they are traitmarkers or state markers of schizophrenia remains incontroversy.To shed a fight on this point, we made alongitudinal study of P300 among first episodeschizophrenic patients, from no medication until thepatients had been medicated for 12 weeks.
