Physiological and psychological improvements of Chinese women with breast cancer in perioperative period after brief structured psychotherapy

＜正＞ Several studies have demonstrated that 30%-40% ofcancer patients suffer from psychiatric problems suchas depression,anxiety and adjustment disorders.Themore positively the breast cancer patients rated theirappraisal and tangible dimensions of social support,thelower value their mean cortisol level.Malignantmelanoma patients who received 6-week structuredintervention showed a lessening of emotional discomfort,augmentation of immune function and a decreasedrecurrence rate and mortality.
