基于数字化X线摄影(DR)对骨密度测量的研究和应用价值

     

摘要

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of DR by its application to the observation of bone calcium loss. Methods 35 cases undergoing dual photon absorpliometry (DPA), 20 females and 15 males, were examined by X-ray to get digital images of L-spine AP and LAT, with a self-developed standard device attached to the body. These images were processed by a specific software called Miworks-5.12.0.58 (provide by Feite) to get bone mineral density (BMD) values. A relativity analysis was done between these values and BMD got by DPA. Results The analysis showed R2=0.868 P<0.05 for L3, and R2 =0.867 P<0.05 for 14, and there was a correlation between those two methods. Conclusion The BMD can be calculated with proper software and the shape of vertebral body in the images obtained by regular digital radiograph can be observed. It provides important evidence for early diagnosis, early treatment of osteoporosis and assessment of the treatment outcome.%目的:利用数字影像对骨组织有较好的密度分辨力的特性,观察骨钙丢失状况,评估其临床应用价值.方法:选用经过双光子检测的患者35例,其中女性20例、男性15例,分别摄取数字化X线腰椎正位和附自制标准体装置腰椎侧位图像,应用菲特Miworks-5.12.0.58软件测得骨密度值,经公式换算后与双光子检测测得骨密度值进行相关性分析.结果:L3椎体统计,R2=0.868,P<0.05;LA椎体统计,R2=0.867,P<0.05,显示本研究方法与双能双光子法之间有相关性.结论:利用普通数字化摄影产生的影像密度,通过软件进行活体骨密度测量的同时可观察椎体形态改变,为临床骨质疏松早诊断、早治疗和评估治疗转归提供重要依据.
