浅议医院医用耗材集中采购中存在的问题与对策

摘要

目的:探寻医院医用耗材集中采购中存在突出问题的解决方法.方法:分析某院近几年跟标工作情况,总结跟标工作中存在的主要问题并提出对策建议.结果:总结了某院跟标工作中的5个主要问题,针对性地提出了医院医用耗材集中采购的4点建议.结论:对促进医院医用耗材集中采购更好地落实执行起到了一定的作用.%Objective To discover the solutions of some prominent problems about the centralized medical consumables purchase. Methods Following bidding work of our hospital in recent years were analyzed, primary problems in the following bidding work were summarized and the solutions were brought out. Results Five primary problems in following bidding work of our hospital were summarized, and four suggestions about the centralized medical consumables purchase were brought out aiming at these problems.
