多因素复合环境模拟医学科学实验舱的制冷系统

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the refrigeration system of medical science laboratory module on simulation of multi-factor and complex environment. Methods The system structure, working principle, process and the cooling experiment of the refrigeration system were analyzed. Results The temperature of the laboratory module was down to -50℃ from room temperature within about 4.5 hours and the temperature of the buffer tank was down to -30℃ within 2 hours when the environment temperature was 24 ℃. Conclusion The refrigeration system operates well, the performance of which can meet the technical requirements of the equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2012,33(6):3-4,10]%目的:介绍多因素复合环境模拟医学科学实验舱的制冷系统.方法:分析实验舱制冷系统的结构、工作原理流程及制冷降温实验.结果:在环境温度为24℃情况下,用时约4.5 h实验舱温度从常温降到了-50℃,用时2h缓冲舱温度降到了-30℃.结论:多因素复合环境模拟医学科学实验舱的制冷系统运行正常,其性能能够满足设备的技术指标要求.
