离子选择电极向比色检测系统量值传递的实验观察及比对结果分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the results consistency of ion(K,Na,Cl,Ca,CO2) detection between the self-built detection system and supporting system which is as the target system after value transfer.Methods According to EP9-A2 document of Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS),the supporting detection system was composed of BECKMAN CX5 automatic biochemical analyzer and its original reagents and calibrator as the target system,and the self-built system was composed of Toshiba TBA-120 automatic biochemical analyzer and RANDOX company reagent as the assay detection system.Supporting system gave the fresh serum assignment which was as the calibrator to calibrate the self-built system.Mter value transfer,such items as K,Na,Cl,Ca,CO2 were detected by using the fresh serum from patients and the deviation of the two systems was evaluated.Results Deviations of the results of five detected items were within the allowable range and acceptable.Conclusion It's an effective way to solve the results consistency between the self-built detection system and supporting detection system by value transfer using fresh serum from patients.%目的:通过以配套的离子选择电极法离子检测系统作为目标系统对自建的离子检测系统进行量值传递并比对,探讨经量值传递后自建系统与配套系统测定离子(K、Na、C1、Ca、C02)结果的一致性..方法:依据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)EP9-A2文件,以BECKMAN CX5全自动生化分析仪、BECKMAN原装试剂、BECKMAN原装校准品组成的配套检测系统作为目标系统,东芝TBA-120全自动生化分析仪、RANDOX公司试剂组成自建系统为试验检测系统,用配套系统给新鲜血清赋值并将其作为校准品对自建系统进行校准;量值传递后用患者新鲜血清对K、Na、Cl、Ca、C02进行测定,评估2种方法的偏差.结果:所检测的5个项目测定结果的偏差均在允许范围内,均可接受.结论:利用新鲜血清进行量值传递是解决自建检测系统与配套检测系统测定结果一致性的有效途径.
