高原肺水肿70例临床及X线分析

摘要

目的:探讨高原肺水肿(HAPE)的临床及数字X线摄影价值.方法:2011年3月至2012年8月,使用北京万东新东方1000DR设备,对213例初进高原有高原反应者或在高海拔地区感冒患者进行胸部X线正位摄片.结果:213例患者中有70例X线表现符合高原肺水肿.其中早期12例,进展期50例,稳定期8例.结论:数字X线摄影能很好地显示HAPE的各期影像学表现,可为临床制定治疗方案提供宝贵的第一手资料.初进高原地区有高原反应者或在高海拔地区呼吸道感染患者,进行常规数字X线胸部正位摄片,对排除HAPE有很高的临床价值.%Objective To discuss the value of digital X-ray radiography for the diagnosis of high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE).Methods From March 2011 to August 2012 in the 22nd Hospital of the PLA,New Oriental 1000 DR from China Resources Wandong Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.was used to perform PA CXR for 213 patients with altitude reactions or common cold symptoms in the plateau.Results Of the 213 patients,70 ones were diagnosed with HAPE,including 12 ones in early phase,50 ones in progressive phase and 8 ones in stationary phase.Conclusion Digital X-ray radiography can display the image features of HAPE,and thus conventional PA CXR is of great significance for the diagnosis of HAPE for the patients with altitude reactions or respiratory tract infection.
