基于数字化卫生分队(营)的关键技术研究与应用

摘要

Objective To discuss the key technologies and design related to digital medical unit(battalion) and their application. Methods The studies on the processes for information, patient, material and command contributed to the flow optimization of the medical unit(battalion). Results A set of field electronic medical record was formed based on military medical information system, digital medical examination system and military inventory management system, with the information sharing realized. Conclusion The digital field treatment and medical support of the medical unit (battalion) are enhanced greatly.%目的:研究数字化卫生分队(营)项目中主要系统所使用的关键技术,并探讨其设计和应用.方法:通过开展信息流、伤员流、物资流、指挥流的相关研究,对卫生分队(营)战救流程进行了统筹优化,梳理其主要系统所使用的关键技术.结果:建立了一套完整的野战电子病历,很好地将战救信息系统、数字化医学诊查系统以及战救物资管理系统相融合,最大化地实现了信息共享.结论:通过该项目的研究与应用,提高了卫生分队(营)的数字化水平,增强了卫生分队(营)的野外救治和卫勤保障能力.
