在不同检测系统间进行K+、Na+、Cl-结果比对的评估

             

摘要

Objective To compare the examination results of K+, Na+ and Cl- by two analytic systems in one laboratory, and to analyze the results' differences and bias. Methods According to the NCCLS EP9 -A document, patients' fresh specimen were collected to assay K+, Na+ and Cl- by two biochemical analyzers, of which, OLYMPUS AU5400 was used as a standard machine, VITORS 350 as a compared machine, and the results were evaluated. According to the linear regression equation and correlation factor, the map and table were made. Results The correlation coefficient of K+ and Na+ by the two analyzers was bigger than 0.975, and the system error at the medical decision level didn't exceed the half of the acceptable error of CLIA'88, but the correlation coefficient of Cl- was less than 0.975. Conclusion The assay results of K+ and Na+ in those two analyzers are comparable, and those of Cl- are not, so that different reference ranges have to berninvolved in.%目的:通过对同一实验室在不同检测系统间K+、Na+、Cl-结果进行比对实验,分析在不同检测系统间结果的可比性.方法:运用NCCLS的EP9-A方案,采用临床患者新鲜标本,以日本Olympus AU5400全自动生化分析仪比对美国强生Vitros 350干式生化分析仪(实验仪器)进行结果检测,采用配对t检验和回归分析的方法进行检测结果的方法比对及偏倚估计.结果:K+、Na+在2台不同分析仪上的相关系数均大于0.975,在医学决定水平处的系统误差均小于1/2 CLIA' 88推荐的允许误差,Cl-的相关系数小于0.975.结论:K+、Na+在2个不同的检测系统上具有可比性,Cl-则不具有可比性,应采用不同的参考范围.
