医院临床工程师培养现状分析与对策探讨

摘要

Objective To discuss the ways to train qualified clinical engineers,and thereby to enhance the teamwork of clinical engineers.Methods The problems in training the clinical engineer were pointed out in training mode,knowledge reserve,innovation and etc,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly.Results The countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of basic theoretical system,continuing education system,self-adaptive working mode,enhanced communication and etc.Conclusion The clinical engineer needs to utilize their own advantages to elevate their personal qualities and raise their profiles so as to meet the requirements of social and technological development.%目的:探讨合格临床工程师培养路径和方法,加强医院临床工程师队伍建设.方法:从分析目前医院临床工程师的现状入手,指出临床工程师培养存在的模式固化、知识储备更新较慢、创新精神缺乏等方面的问题,并据此提出对策和建议.结果:提出了医院临床工程师培养应从完善基本理论体系、规范化临床工程师继续教育体系、建立适应自身发展的工作模式、不断加强交流学习等方面入手.结论:加强临床工程师队伍建设需要医院和个体共同努力,发挥优势,内强素质,外塑形象,才可以适应医院未来发展新要求.
