风景园林与城市废弃基础设施的再生

摘要

It appears in the post-industrial era that urban infrastructure is relatively superfluous in developed countries. There have been some successful attempts in the regeneration of abandoned infrastructure. This article refers to cases concerning the viaduct, railway, port, water, airport and other forms of infrastructure and landscape has become a common choice of the means of their regeneration. Although landscape is not the only option for the regeneration of abandoned infrastructure, it may well be an ecological, economic and effective regeneration method and it also possesses leading significance in redefining and energizing the infrastructure. All these provide useful reference to the urban infrastructure construction and development in China.%后工业时代,发达国家城市建设呈现基础设施相对过剩的情形,并在废弃基础设施再生方而做了一些成功的尝试.引用的案例涉及高架桥、铁路、码头、水厂、机场等不同形式的基础设施,而风景园林却成为它们再生手段的共同选择.发达国家的诸多实践案例证明:风景园林虽不是废弃基础设施再生的唯一选择,却不失为一条生态、经济且行之有效的再牛之路,并在重新定义基础设施并使其重现活力方面具有重要的先导意义.这为我国城市基础设施建设和发展提供了有益的借鉴.
