传统街区是体现城市文化的重要载体,能够反映出街区不同于其他地方的特色风貌,由于城市的发展和现代化建设,许多传统街区及其建筑被破坏,成为时代的遗憾,对于如何处理好历史街区保护与城市发展之间关系的问题上,以社区博物馆理论为基础,探讨了中国台湾地区案例“淡水古迹园区”的传统街区保护性规划研究,分析其形成缘由,以及建筑、街区的人文景观特色,园区以社区博物馆的形式来经营管理,并培养地方民众的社区保护意识,希望对中国现有的传统街区保护形式有所借鉴.%Traditional district is the important carrier for city culture which can reflect the fact that the district is different on townscape from other place. Due to city development and modernization construction, a great number of traditional districts and architectures had been damaged and even destroyed, which is a pity of the era. Given that how to solve the problems between historical district protection and city development, this essay uses community museum as foundation and discusses Taiwan "Tamsui Historical Park Area" in China as case study for the traditional district protection research and analyses the reason of the formation and the unique landscape feature of the buildings and blocks. In addition, this area has been operated in terms of community museum which facilitates the protection consciousness. Hopefully, it is useful for the methods of traditional street protection in current stage of the mainland China.
