有机添加剂对 AGM阀控式起停铅酸蓄电池负极电化学性能有着显著性影响。采用单一有机添加剂已逐渐难以满足高端配套客户对 AGM起停铅酸蓄电池的产品技术需求。本文首先通过粒径分布测试、傅里叶红外光谱测试、紫外光谱测试以及差示扫描量热-热重分析法对两种高性能有机添加剂的理化性质及热稳定性进行了研究。此外,通过设计混合水平正交试验,将两种有机添加剂按照一定质量比进行复配、预混,通过调控其复配质量比和添加总量,分别考察对 AGM起停铅酸蓄电池负极活性物质利用率、充电接受能力、-18℃低温高倍率放电性能、部分荷电状态高倍率循环寿命的影响趋势。研究发现,当这两种有机添加剂的质量比为2∶1且总质量分数为0.3%时,负极综合性能最佳。%Organic additives had signiifcant impacts on the electrochemical properties of negative active materials of AGM start-stop lead-acid battery. By using the single organic additive, it is dififcult to meet the technology demand of high-end supporting customers (OEM) for micro hybrid start-stop applications. The physicochemical properties and thermal stability of two high-performance organic additives X and Y were studied by particle size distribution measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR), ultraviolet spectroscopy (UV) and differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric analysis (DSC-TGA). In addition, the impact trends of two organic additives on the AGM start-stop lead-acid battery were investigated in terms of negative active material utilization, charge acceptance, high-rate discharge performance under -18℃and cycle life under high rate partial state of charge (HRPSoC) applications by designing mixed-level DOE experiment whose scheme involved regulating the premixed X/Y mass ratio and the total content of organic additives X and Y. It was found that the best overall performance of negative electrode would be got when the premixed X/Y mass ratio was 2:1 and their total content was 0.3 wt%.
