内服瓜蒌牛蒡汤、外敷金黄如意散配合针灸按摩治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎的疗效观察

摘要

The recessive mastitis of dairy cows,one of the most common as well as harmful diseases,cannot be discovered through its milk appearance and is easy to convert to clinical mastitis.Over the years,this disease is mainly treated with antibiotics,while owing to the drug residues it will gradually be restricted or forbidden.This essay aims to develop a method which combines topical use of Chinese herbs and massage therapy,in order to make up the drawbacks of this disease.In recent years,we achieve excellent efficacy using oral trichosanthes burdock soup,external golden Ruyi powder with acupuncture and massage,whose results indicate that the application of the four treating methods all together produce good synergy.Due to its non-resistance and no residue,it exerts effect on comprehensive treatment and is worthy of promotion.%奶牛隐性乳房炎,乳汁外观上无变化,很容易转变为临床型乳房炎,是奶牛最常见的疾病之一,对奶牛业危害极大。多年来,该病的治疗主要是应用抗生素,但由于存在药物残留将逐渐被限用或禁用。中药内服外敷,配合针灸按摩治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎的方法,填补了治疗该病的不足。近年来,采用内服瓜蒌牛蒡汤、外敷金黄如意散配合针灸按摩治疗奶牛隐性乳房炎取得了较好的疗效,结果表明四种治疗方法配合在一起应用,具有较好的协同作用,且有不易产生耐药性、无残留等特点,起到综合治疗的作用,值得临床推广。
