二维及彩色多普勒血流显像对胎盘早剥的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对胎盘早剥的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法：对32例被临床及病理证实为胎盘早剥的声像图表现进行分类，用CDFI鉴别诊断。结果：B超诊断胎盘早剥29例，诊断符合率达90.63%。漏诊3例，达9.38%。结论：B超是诊断胎盘早剥的重要手段，与CDFI相结合有助于鉴别诊断。%Objective:To evaluate the function of two-dimensionalultrasonography and color Doppler flow image(CDFI)in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abruptio placentae.Methods：The ultrasonographic images of 32 patients diagnosed abruptio placentae by the obstetrician and pathologist are categorized and differentiated by CDFI.Results:Twenty nine of the 32 patients(90.63%)were also diagnosed by ultrasonography and only 3 patients(9.37%) were missed.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is an important method in the diagnosis of abruptio placentae and CDFI is useful in the differential diagnosis.
