肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤影像学检查与病理对照

摘要

报告经手术、病殚证实的13例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAL)的影像学表现.B超对典型RAL诊断符合率为100%(7/7),不典型RAI诊断率为17%(1/6);许对不典型RAL的误诊进行分析.与手术病理对照,B超典型和非典型成像原理及CT征像的形成原理.并提出静脉造影检查无特异性表现,B超和CT为本病最佳影像学硷查方法.%We report the ultrasonographic(US)、comouter tomographic(CT)and Intravenous pyeio-graphic(IVP)findings of 13 cases of renal angiomyolipoma(RAI)confirmed by operation and patho-logical examination.The US diagnostic rate in the typical RAL patients is 100%(717),and in the atypi-cal RAI patients is 17%(1/6).The reasons of misdiagnpsis in the atypical RAL patients were anal-ysed.We discussed he image forming pinciples of CT and US in the typical RAL and atypical RAL pa-tients comparing with post-operative pathological examination.Authors consider that IVP has nonspe-cific finding in RAl patients,while US arid CT are the best imaging method for RAL patients.
