本文运用诊断剂量彩色多普勒分组照射孕鼠,观察照射后不同时间点孕鼠遗传学指标的动态变化.结果:10分钟从内受照组与对照组比较染色体(Ch)、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)及微核(MN)无显著性差异,但20分钟受照组微核数显著增加,在受照后24小时达峰值,48小时开始下降,96小时后恢复正常.表明:诊断剂量彩色多普勒20分钟照射可造成孕鼠染色体的早期损伤,但机体可通过自身调节修复.%The dynamic change of genetic indices in pregnant rats after irradiation by color Doppler ultrasound of diagnostic dose was observated.The result of chromsome (Ch),Sister Chromatid Exchange Fregeguency (SCE) and Micronueleus (MN) showed there were no statistical differences beween the pregnant rats within 10 minutes and control group,but the number of MN of pregnant rats increased markly in 20 minutes irradiation group and arrived to its peak value on 24 hours and recovered after 96 hours.It is suggsted that the chromsome of pregnant rats was damaged early after 20 minutes irradiation,however,it may recover through autoadjtistment.
