通过 Gambit软件包建立风机的实体模型,利用 Fluent软件实现流场的三维模拟,来验证翼型厚度对风机性能的影响。由于叶片厚度直接影响叶轮的强度,所以需要用 ANSYS对其进行强度分析。结果表明:在强度允许的范围内,减小翼型厚度,可以提高轴流风机的全压效率。%In order to verify the influence of airfoil thickness on the fan performance, this paper established the entity model of fan through Gambit so as to realize the flow field of three dimensional simulation with the Fluent software. On another hand, we had to set up strength analysis with ANSYS for blade thickness directly affecting the strength of the impeller. The results indicate reducing airfoil thickness can improve the axial flow fans’total pressure of efficiency, following the strength to the extent permitted.
