生物技术在草莓健康种苗培育及种质改良方面的研究进展

摘要

Biotechnology plays an important role in producing virus-free seedling and germplasm improvement of strawberry. The paper reviewed the recent progress in biotechnology breeding for strawberry, including tissue culture, mutation breeding, somatic mutant screening, protoplast culture, gene transformation and so on. The paper also summarized some existing problems and research trends on biotechnology breeding for strawberry.%综述近年来国内外生物技术在草莓育种研究中的主要进展,包括草莓的组织培养、诱变育种、体细胞变异筛选、原生质体培育及遗传转化等多个方面.探讨生物技术在草莓育种中存在的问题及今后的发展方向.
