由疫霉菌侵染引起的割面条溃疡病是我国橡胶生产中的重要病害。本研究采用菌丝生长速率法对分离自海南省儋州市的棕榈疫霉病菌HNRPP02进行了14种杀菌剂的室内毒力测定。结果表明:杀毒矾(56%代森锰锌·8%噁霜灵WP)、甲霜灵(35%甲霜灵ZGF)、阿米西达(25%嘧菌酯SC)和安克(50%烯酰吗啉WP)的EC50最小,抑菌效果最好;霜霉威盐酸盐(66.6%霜霉威盐酸盐AS)的EC50最大,抑菌效果最差。建议橡胶树种植中使用56%代森锰锌·8%噁霜灵WP、35%甲霜灵ZGF、25%嘧菌酯SC和50%烯酰吗啉WP来防治割面条溃疡病。%The cutting surface strip-shaped canker caused by Pytophthora palmivora was one kind of important rubber disease in China. Based on the Pytophthora palmivora strain HNRPP02 came from Danzhou, Hainan province, 14 fungicides were screened in laboratory by hypha growth rate method. 56%mancozeb·8% oxadixyl WP, 35 % metalaxyl ZGF, 25 % azoxystrobin SC and 50 % dimethomorph WP had the lowest EC50 value and best inhibition, 66.6 % propamocab hydrochloride AS had the highest EC50 value but poor inhibition. 56 % mancozeb·8% oxadixyl WP, 35 % metalaxyl ZGF, 25 %azoxystrobin SC and 50 % dimethomorph WP were suggested to be used for field control of rubber cutting surface strip-shaped canker.
